“I didn’t think anyone could help me. You’ve helped me change the way I think and behave for the better. Thank you so much.”
Our service
The service is managed by qualified and experienced counsellors who provide counselling and support our student counsellors. All of our counsellors and students are registered with the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP) or another accrediting organisation, for example; the UK Centre for Psychotherapy(UKCP).
We can offer counselling to both men and women over the age of 18 years of age who live within the county of Monmouthshire.
We can also offer you counselling appointments with either a male or female counsellor.
Each of the counselling appointments last between 50 – 60 minutes. The counsellor can offer you appointments at the same time and day every week. This is our way of helping you gain the best possible outcome from the service.
